To Parents of Young Children

☆
When coming to and leaving the studio, please do not walk around outside wearing only ballet attire. Always put something on over it, even on hot days. This is not only for public appearance, but changing clothes helps children switch their mindset and get ready for the lesson.
-
☆
Please encourage your child to prepare and change their own clothes as much as possible.
-
☆
In the shared spaces of the building, please be considerate and refrain from making noise or running around.

In our studio, we teach not only ballet technique but also manners and etiquette. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Regarding Static Stretching
Research shows that static stretching before a lesson (holding splits or forward bends for tens of seconds to minutes, keeping joints extended) temporarily reduces muscle strength and increases the risk of injury. Also, having someone else push or pull on body parts is very dangerous and can cause injury.
At this studio, we do not have static stretching time before the lesson. Instead, we perform warm-ups that slightly raise the heart rate and improve blood circulation. We only do the necessary amount of static stretching after the lesson during cool-down.
