Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply between Cross2 Studio (hereinafter referred to as "this studio") and enrolled members.
Please be sure to read them carefully. If you have any questions, please ask. If there are no questions, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Name and Location
This studio is named "Cross2 Studio" and is located at 2-3-24 Funaimachi, Oita City, Oita Prefecture.
Admission Fee
An admission fee specified by this studio must be paid upon enrollment. The admission fee covers the cost of concluding the enrollment contract and will not be refunded once paid.
Leave of Absence and Withdrawal
If you wish to take a long-term leave of absence or withdraw from the studio, you must notify us by the month prior to the desired month of leave or withdrawal.
Tuition Fees
As a general rule, monthly tuition fees must be paid at the beginning of the month. (Fee envelopes will be distributed at the end of the previous month.) Payment can be made by cash or PayPay QR code.
Private lesson fees are paid per session or as a lump sum for the number of sessions at the end of the month. Ticket systems are also paid per session or as a lump sum for the number of sessions at the end of the month.
Studio Closures
The studio is generally closed on Sundays, Golden Week, Obon, New Year holidays, national holidays (Active 65+ only), and the 5th week of the month.
In addition, the studio may be closed due to inclement weather, disasters, or studio circumstances.
Number of Lessons
As a general rule, there are 4 lessons per month for each day of the week. However, due to closures specified in [5], there may be fewer than 4 lessons. The tuition fee remains unchanged in such cases.
Lesson Absences
If you will be absent from a lesson, please notify the instructor via email or the studio's LINE by 10 minutes before the start time.
Makeup Lessons
If you are absent from a lesson, you may take a makeup lesson in another class on a different day within one month. However, depending on the number of students, we may not be able to accommodate makeup lessons. If you wish to take a makeup lesson, please let us know as soon as possible.
Observation
Parents are generally welcome to observe lessons. However, for classes with a large number of students, we may ask you to refrain from observing to secure space and avoid crowding.
Photography and Usage
Parents may take photos during observation. Please refrain from using flash when photographing during lessons and cooperate so as not to disrupt the students' concentration.
The use and viewing of photographed photos and videos are limited to personal scope. Publishing photos and videos to the general public, such as on social media, is allowed only if permission is obtained from all students, parents, and instructors appearing in the photo.
Recitals
Participation in recitals is voluntary. However, since choreography and rehearsals are conducted during class time, lesson times may be shorter if you do not participate. The lesson fee remains unchanged in such cases.
[Regarding Pointe Shoes]
At this studio, from an anatomical perspective, we generally allow children aged 12 and older who attend lessons at least twice a week to wear pointe shoes. (IADMS Guidelines: https://www.iadms.org/page/185)
To avoid excessive stress during a child's growth process, students are allowed to wear pointe shoes only after it is determined they have sufficient joint range of motion, muscle strength, and stability. For safety reasons, we may delay the start of pointe work.

Revision of Terms
These terms may be revised without the member's consent if this studio deems it necessary. When revising these terms, the revised terms will be announced on the website, etc., and the revision will take effect at that time.
